PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR BOOKING ANY SERVICES. By accessing or using the website of The Edit Aesthetics & Wellness ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Edit Aesthetics & Wellness, located at 6830 E Sam Houston Pkwy N, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77049, governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Your access to and use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
The Edit Aesthetics & Wellness provides medical aesthetics and wellness services including but not limited to injectable treatments, skin care services, IV hydration therapy, and related wellness treatments. All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable Texas state law, including regulations set forth by the Texas Medical Board and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) where applicable.
Services are available by appointment only. Business hours are:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or book appointments through our website. By using this website or scheduling services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Certain services may require additional eligibility criteria, which will be communicated during the consultation or intake process.
4. APPOINTMENT BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOW POLICY
A. Booking: Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Booking an appointment constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
B. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
C. No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking.
D. Deposits: Where required, deposits paid to secure an appointment are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within the notice window described above.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as posted in our office. Prices are subject to change without notice. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Promotional offers, specials, and package pricing are subject to expiration and specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Texas law.
6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND INFORMED CONSENT
The services offered by The Edit Aesthetics & Wellness are aesthetic and wellness in nature and do not constitute the practice of medicine or the establishment of a physician-patient relationship, except as expressly provided by licensed medical personnel on staff. All injectable and medical-grade treatments require a consultation and informed consent process prior to service.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Aesthetic treatments involve inherent risks and potential side effects
- Results may vary from person to person
- You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies prior to treatment
- We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment instructions
7. TEXAS DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT (DTPA)
The Edit Aesthetics & Wellness complies with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices - Consumer Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 17). We are committed to fair and honest business practices. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights you may have under the DTPA that cannot be lawfully waived.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Edit Aesthetics & Wellness or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Texas and federal intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. USER CONDUCT
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Texas or federal law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Submit false or misleading information during the booking or intake process
- Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or defamatory content
- Interfere with the proper operation of our website
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Prior to initiating any legal action, you agree to notify us in writing of the dispute and provide a reasonable opportunity (not less than 30 days) to resolve the matter informally.
14. REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS
Any reviews, testimonials, or user-generated content submitted to us or posted on our website may be used by The Edit Aesthetics & Wellness for marketing and promotional purposes. By submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content. We reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
